Can't Execute the Retarded? A Double Standard for Sure

Well, it turns out to be quite the irony. On June 20 the Supremes held in Atkins v. Virginia that it is unconstitutional to apply the death penalty to those with an IQ below 70.

It's just too bad that an equal protection clause does not apply to candidates for the highest office in the land. If it did, we wouldn't be suffering under the neofascist Baby Doc Bush regime, now would we?

What a world.
