McCain & Palin: Unstable & Unable

That's the message on one of the signs at an anti-Palin rally. Not so much newsy, except for the fact that it was held in ... Anchorage!

According to the news stories, it was the biggest political rally ever in the state of Alaska. There are lots more cool photos over the Daily Kos story as well.

And where did she pick up that phony neo-Fargo accent, anyway? They don't talk that way in either Alaska or Idaho.

I read about this rally. Amazing.

I'm shaking my head today at Palin's remarks about Obama palling around with terrorists and quoting Albright with "there is a special place in hell for women who don't support other women." She got the quote a bit wrong, but still. This woman is reckless, unstable (as you said) and scares the bleep out of me.

You'd think more people would be alarmed that a potential VP of our country is unable to properly identify a terrorist considering they would have a leadership role in our current war on terror. No wonder the rest of the world is worried over our ignorance and xenophobia. I was joking with some other online friends that if Palin and McCain really believe Obama is a terrorist or linked to terrorists, shouldn't they be pressing the TSA to put him on the no fly list. We need to get him out of that big airplane of his. Who knows when the terrorist in him might decide to use it as a weapon.
