Note to Dem Candidates about Iraq

I've always been a big supporter of MoveOn.org, so it was a no-brainer to sign their petition to the four Democratic senators running for president -- Biden, Clinton, Dodd, and Obama -- that they don't have to wait until 2009 to lead us out of Iraq. They can start bringing our troops home now, by leading a filibuster to block any funding bill for the war in Iraq that doesn't include a firm timetable for withdrawal.

It's geared towards veterans and military families, but since that last term is elastic, pretty much anyone can sign it with a clear conscience.

Please consider signing the petition. Let them know how we really feel about the Quagmire in the Desert.
