Timetables? We Don't Need No Stinking Timetables.

My oh my, how things can change. More from our Department of Dueling Quotes.

Here's one from 1999:

You have probably guessed it already, but the speaker in both cases was our very own Baby Doc Bush, who seems to have been born, as Ann Richards had it, with silver foot in his mouth.

Makes a big difference when the president is a Rethug, doesn't it?
