Thanks, TFWY, I believe that you are correct. But the big difference between Obama and Baby Doc Bush is that Obama is actually pulling the troops out.

BFD, still had nothing to do with Al Qaeda, plus we pissed away trillions while fattening China's purse. Never thought I'd be born into a failing empire, but here I am. Can't wait for the G20 fire-sale, expect a lot of Chinese and Indian interests to own ex-U.S. assets by 2025.
