So Who is Blackwater's "High Executive" Joseph Schmitz?

He's been all over the news channels, the ones who are covering the Blackwater hearings anyway, appearing as some kind of shadowy borderline sleazy obstructionist at the Pentagon for his Lord and Master, Erick Prince.

But did the media bother to tell us just who the fuck he is?

No, they did not, but I'm here to correct their sins of omission.
He is one Joseph Schmitz, the son of dead Orange County California rightwing wacko, fulltime nutjob, former US Representative (R-Fascist), minor party presidential candidate, adulterer (naturally: he was a Rethug after all) and an accused-and-therefore-likely child abuser John Schmitz, who was considered "too extreme" for the John Birch Society and was expelled.

Old John Schmitz also just happened to be the father of über-horny fired-in-disgrace grade school teacher and convicted child rapist Mary Kay Latourneau.

In this case it appears that the nut doesn't fall far from the tree, but you'd never know it from the news coverage. It's like Little Joey "Rat-Faced-Git" Schmitz popped out of thin air, the result of some Immaculate Misconception, and immediately started scurrying for a dark hiding place like the rat he so strikingly resembles.

When will the media do its job and report fully? Short answer: Never, as long as they remain beholden to -- in thrall to -- the rich capitalist pigs who really run this country. You can bet your bottom dollar if it were a Democrat who had all these weird skeletons in his closet, it'd be on the news 24/7 and you'd never hear the end of it.
