Child Indoctination Camps

They used to have a different name for this...

Something called the "Tampa 912 Project" is sponsoring some summer camps for children ages 9-12 to indoctrinate them into what they consider our nation's founding principles.

Okay, sounds pretty harmless... Until you find out that they are pushing an ultra-right Any-Rand-economic and fundo-religious agenda, including the canard that this is a "Christian Nation" and that government can't "force people to be charitable" (this is code for "excessive" taxation to help the unfortunate, i.e., the homeless, the hungry, etc., including anyone who can't "take care of themselves").

Read all about this shit and, as the story says, "pray for these children"...

Oh, and what they used to call this? That "different name" was ... Hitler Youth.

Reminds me of the "camps" for kids they had a few years ago here in the good old USA called "Warriors for Christ." They showed footage of them on TV - there were kids wielding actual swords, fighting for Jesus.

Oxymoron, anyone?

There was a movie called "Jesus Camp", in which we got to see first hand the indoctrination. The camp is now closed (work of the devil, I'm sure) but the little nazis are still out there somewhere...
