How can it not be so clear to anyone who can READ or HEAR that this person has no clue as to what the fuck he is saying!?

Thanks, HH. I remember reading about this interview at the time, but I had never seen it before.
Here's a working link to that story.
It's shocking and disgusting that we let this man travel around the world representing us.
But it's even more disgusting that our media won't do its job, the way Ireland's Carol Coleman is not afraid to do.
Watch him get redder and redder in the face as the interview progresses.
